Fiona Chan

Fiona Chan
Director & Principal Physiotherapist


Fiona has worked extensively across public and private practices in Melbourne, Perth and Singapore. She has a strong interest in education and management, having done associate teaching to tertiary students and managed outpatients’ practices. Fiona strongly believes in mentoring and coaching in a positive and collaborative culture, inspiring personal and professional growth in her colleagues.  Since 2021, Fiona stepped into the role of CEO for Lifeway Physiotherapy, paving the way for continued growth and development of the Lifeway team, as well as vision and culture alignment into the future and beyond!

Fiona has a strong interest in shoulder and knee conditions, working closely with orthopaedic specialists in the field to achieve the best rehab program for her clients. She has completed dry-needling course for Sports and Spinal injuries, as well as DMA Clinical Pilates Levels 1-4 and incorporates Pilates in her management of clients. She enjoys giving talks to local community clubs and workplaces about moving well and staying active. 

Since the start of 2023 Fiona's role has been primarily focussed on coaching and mentoring the Lifeway team. You will see her sitting in or co-treating with her team members to continue in the provision of excellent clinical care.

In her spare time (when she finds some!), Fiona loves catching up with friends over a cuppa, enjoying jazz music and volunteering in the local community.  She has recently become a fur-mum to Daisy, a delightful doodle who has lately been giving lots of cheers to the Lifeway clinic!

Ying Tse

Ying Tse
Physiotherapist


Ying is a graduate from Monash University, holding a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Honours). She has an immense interest in assisting people and empowering them in getting back to doing what they enjoy the most, and that is what has motivated Ying to get into physiotherapy in the first place.

Having a strong background in sports, playing badminton, squash, table tennis, volleyball, netball, and runs herself, and having been a sports trainer for local football teams for three years, she enjoys working with athletes, amateur or professional, and of all ages. Ying is
compassionate with young children, people with disability and elderly, having worked closely with and supporting these population groups past and present.

Ying is particularly keen in using latest research to formulate best-evident practice and treatment plans for her patients. Being an active learner, Ying never stops upgrading her skills and knowledge about conditions with internal and external professional developments. Her professional interests are in treating musculoskeletal injuries, lower back pain, rehabilitation post-orthopedic surgery, strength and conditioning, and women’s health.

Ying grew up in busy city, Hong Kong and speaks English, Mandarin and Cantonese. In her spare time, she is an avid reader, enjoys baking and knitting, and enjoys spening time with her cats Trigg and Gamma!

Nidhi Agarwal

Nidhi Agarwal
Physiotherapist


Nidhi completed her Master in Musculoskeletal and Sports Physiotherapy in India and is currently practicing as an Physiotherapist with Lifeway.  She loves treating sports injuries and musculoskeletal conditions with the use of manual therapy, exercise prescription and education. Nidhi is well versed in Dry Needling, Manual therapy techniques and exercise prescription. Nidhi possesses great communication skills to reach out to a wide spectrum of clients, including collegiate athletes, adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients.

Mai Ando

Mai Ando
Exercise and Rehabilitation Scientist


Mai is a recent graduate from Deakin University Exercise and Sports Science and enjoys planning and instructing exercise sessions to a diverse group of clients ranging from young children to older adults. She enjoys helping people and making them feel the best they can be!

Mai has been involved in dance and cheer since the age of 3 and had coached for 4 years. She enjoys teaching others new skills and working in a team. She enjoys tumbling which involves flips and tricks where she practices when she gets the chance!

Mai loves spending her time outdoors, especially near the beach and tropical areas as well as spending quality time with family and friends!

Julia Goh

Practice Co-Ordinator


Julia is the point of contact for administration support and patient care at Lifeway Physio.  She has a friendly personality with a welcoming smile, values customer service and never hesitates to attend to queries with a superstar attitude!  Apart from English, she is also fluent in Cantonese, Hokkien, speaks basic Mandarin and Malay Language. 

Julia joined Lifeway Physiotherapy in August 2019.  She graduated with a Master of Business Administration from the University of Portsmouth, UK.       She has over 20 years’ experience in various administrative roles including practice and administration management in various industries such as healthcare, academia, publication, investment holdings, farming and manufacturing.  

A former Zumba Fitness Instructor, Julia has a strong passion in dance and music, a dedicated pianist since the age of 3 and a photographer, Julia is a woman with many talents and skills!

Gaji Rajapakshe

Introducing Gaji, our superstar Front of Staff team member and appointment booking Ninja at Lifeway Physio! Gaji joined Lifeway Physiotherapy in August 2022. He has a friendly and bubbly personality and ensures that clients have a pleasant and positive experience from the first point of contact. Gaji greets everyone with a big warm smile and is most helpful and friendly when assisting with queries.

Apart from being an avid gym and swim enthusiast, Gaji is also a dynamic state ranked Debater and Public Speaker with truly remarkable communication skills! He also speaks Sinhalese. He enjoys travelling with his family and they have an adorable Labrador, Buster!
